Hull City have been fined £30,000 and ordered to implement an action plan after admitting a charge relating to spectator misconduct during their FA Cup defeat by Chelsea, while Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has been fined £8,000 for his conduct after a Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest.
An independent Regulatory Commission imposed the sanctions on Hull City after the club breached FA Rules E21.1 and E21.4 during the 31st minute of its FA Cup fixture against Chelsea on 13 February 2026.
The charge alleged that Hull failed to ensure its spectators, supporters, or anyone purporting to be supporters did not use words or behave in an improper, offensive, abusive, indecent or insulting manner with an express or implied reference to sexual orientation.
Hull City subsequently admitted the charge. Following a hearing, the Regulatory Commission imposed a £30,000 fine and an action plan on the club. The Commission's written reasons and details of the action plan will be published by the FA at the earliest opportunity.
In a separate disciplinary case, Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has been fined £8,000 for misconduct following his side's Premier League fixture against Nottingham Forest on 29 August.
The FA alleged that Alisson acted in an improper manner around the tunnel area after the final whistle.
The Brazil international accepted the charge and was handed the standard penalty of an £8,000 fine.
