Several Premier League clubs are dealing with significant injury concerns ahead of the upcoming round of fixtures, with a number of players sidelined by muscle, knee and other injuries.
Liverpool remain without several players, including Conor Bradley, Hugo Ekitike, Vitezslav Jaros and Giovanni Leoni. Ekitike is recovering from an Achilles injury, while Leoni is sidelined with an ACL injury. Bradley is also out with a knee problem, while Federico Chiesa is listed without an injury designation.
Tottenham Hotspur have a sizeable injury list, with Sandro Tonali, Pedro Porro, Mykhailo Mudryk, Xavi Simons, Wilson Odobert and Dejan Kulusevski all listed. Odobert is recovering from an ACL injury, while Simons and Kulusevski have knee problems.
Arsenal have Ben White listed with a knock, while Cristhian Mosquera is dealing with a muscle injury and William Saliba has a back problem.
Manchester United also have several players unavailable, with Luke Shaw, Amad, Matthijs de Ligt, Manuel Ugarte and Tom Heaton all listed. Shaw has cramp, Amad has a knock, De Ligt has a back issue, Ugarte is recovering from a knee injury and Heaton has a hamstring problem.

Newcastle United's injury list includes Nico Gonzalez, Anthony Elanga, Dan Burn, Ewan Jaouen and William Osula. Gonzalez has a head injury, while Burn and Jaouen have ankle problems and Osula is dealing with a foot injury.
At Brighton and Hove Albion, Kaoru Mitoma is sidelined with a hamstring injury, while Stefanos Tzimas has a knee problem and Evan Ferguson is recovering from an ankle injury. Several other players are listed without a current injury designation.
Aston Villa have Amadou Onana out with an ACL injury, while Bournemouth have Julian Araujo, Junior Kroupi, Amine Adli and Veljko Milosavljevic listed with thigh, foot, calf and quad injuries respectively.
Brentford's absentees include Nathan Collins, Sepp van den Berg, Antoni Milambo and Josh Dasilva, who are dealing with calf, groin, knee and hamstring injuries.
Crystal Palace have Ismaila Sarr, Dean Henderson and Jean-Philippe Mateta listed with groin, ankle and muscle injuries respectively. Fulham are without Ryan Sessegnon and Tom Cairney due to groin and knee problems.
Leeds United have Joe Rodon, Mateo Joseph and Ilia Gruev listed with hamstring and knee injuries, while Nottingham Forest are dealing with hamstring injuries to Nikola Milenkovic and Jair Cunha, as well as a knee problem for Nicolo Savona.

Manchester City currently have Jeremy Doku listed with a calf injury, while Sunderland have Habib Diarra and Romaine Mundle sidelined with hamstring and knee injuries.
Among the other clubs, Coventry City have Haji Wright, Kaine Kesler-Hayden and Luke Woolfenden listed with quad, hamstring and knee injuries. Hull City have a particularly lengthy list, including Nobel Mendy, Matt Crooks, Charlie Hughes, Eliot Matazo, Jack Butland, Oscar Zambrano, Darko Gyabi and Matty Jacob.
Ipswich Town have Jack Taylor and Azor Matusiwa listed with knee and muscle injuries, while Everton currently have no players listed with an active injury designation. Chelsea have Jordan Henderson listed with an arm injury.
In addition to the injury absences, four players are currently suspended. Coventry City's Taiwo Awoniyi and Manchester City's Phil Foden are suspended for Gameweeks 5 and 6, while Crystal Palace defender Axel Disasi is suspended for Gameweeks 5, 6 and 7. Sunderland's Reinildo is suspended for Gameweek 5.
