Tottenham Hotspur have outlined a series of supporter-focused initiatives following the latest meeting of the club’s Fan Advisory Board (FAB), held on Monday 8 December at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The meeting, the second of the 2025/26 season, brought together supporter representatives alongside members of the club’s board, executive leadership and senior management. Discussions centred on issues raised directly by fans, including ticketing, history and heritage, matchday atmosphere and a range of supporter-led initiatives.
Supporter representatives were also briefed on developments across both the men’s and women’s teams, updates to the club’s leadership and governance structures, and the latest work on fan engagement across the league.
One of the key outcomes was an update to the Ticket Share service. Following consultation with the FAB and the THST Ticketing Group, as well as feedback from One Hotspur Members focus groups, season ticket holders will be allowed to share their ticket with up to three non-members per season. Full details are expected to be communicated to season ticket holders in the coming weeks.
Improving matchday atmosphere was another major focus. The FAB Atmosphere Working Group continues to explore new ideas, including trials of pyrotechnics, fresh flag displays and enhanced pre-match moments designed to encourage fans to sing traditional Spurs songs. As part of this work, the club and FAB will collaborate on an initiative to bring vocal supporters together in the South Stand lower tier for the upcoming FA Cup tie against Aston Villa.

The meeting also highlighted progress on several heritage and recognition projects. A new mural dedicated to captain Heung-Min Son was unveiled on Tottenham High Road on 9 December, created in collaboration with the player himself. Meanwhile, plans are being developed for a revamped club Hall of Fame and for marking the 125th anniversary of Tottenham’s historic 1901 FA Cup triumph, with further announcements promised in due course.
Consultation is also ongoing regarding the creation of the first statue at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The FAB has been invited to help shape the fan engagement process and contribute to a shortlist of figures who could be honoured.
In addition, the club confirmed the first meeting of its new junior supporters’ group, held in November. The group, made up of 10 fans aged 11 to 15, is designed to give younger supporters a voice in shaping the matchday and supporter experience for juniors.
Tottenham said it will continue to provide regular updates to the FAB throughout the season, with progress discussed through established subgroups covering areas such as ticketing, atmosphere and matchday experience, the women’s team supporter experience, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Additional focus groups for One Hotspur Members and junior supporters are also now in place.
