Off the pitch, several clubs were fined for crowd-related incidents, primarily involving the throwing of pyrotechnics or objects onto the field. Lecce received the heaviest penalty with an €8,000 fine after supporters threw firecrackers, a smoke bomb and plastic bottles. Fiorentina were fined €5,000, Inter €2,000, while Milan and Torino were each fined €1,500. No further sanctions were imposed on a number of other clubs after mitigating circumstances were taken into account.
On the disciplinary front, Lazio captain Mattia Zaccagni was handed a one-match suspension and a €1,500 fine for protesting towards match officials, with the sanction aggravated due to his role as captain. One-match bans were also issued to Cesare Casadei (Torino), Bryan Cristante (Roma), Jacobo Ramon Naveros (Como) and Fikayo Tomori (Milan), all for accumulating their fifth yellow card of the season.

Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan was cautioned and fined €1,500 for protesting, again with the penalty increased because he was acting as captain. Numerous other players across the division received yellow cards, warnings or formal cautions for unsporting behaviour or irregular conduct.
Among coaches and officials, Bologna assistant Stefano Firicano was suspended for one match and fined €5,000 after directing a serious insult at the opposing coach during their defeat by Atalanta. Lazio official Alberto Bianchi was also banned for one match for making a disrespectful remark towards the referee at half-time.
All fines will be charged directly to the clubs’ Serie A accounts, with the decisions officially published by the league on 9 January.
