The fallout from a dramatic sixth matchday of the Serie A Enilive second half has arrived, with the Sports Judge issuing a series of suspensions and fines following a weekend packed with controversy.
The standout fixture saw Inter edge Juventus 3-2 in a pulsating Derby d’Italia, but the action did not end at the final whistle. Several disciplinary measures were confirmed on Tuesday, including bans for players, coaches and senior club officials.
Juventus managing director Damien Jacques Comolli received the heaviest sanction of the round. He has been banned until 31 March 2026 and fined €15,000 after confronting the referee in the tunnel at half-time. According to the official report, Comolli adopted an “aggressive and seriously intimidating attitude,” attempted physical contact and directed gravely insulting remarks at the match official.
Juventus legend and club official Giorgio Chiellini was also sanctioned. He has been banned until 27 February 2026 for heated and disrespectful protests toward match officials in the tunnel area.
