The Italian Football Federation’s Sports Judge has issued a series of disciplinary decisions following the Serie A Enilive fixtures played between 17 and 20 April 2026, with fines for Lecce and Napoli and a wide range of player suspensions and cautions confirmed across the league.
While matches across the fourteenth round of the return fixtures were largely unaffected on the pitch, several clubs were sanctioned for supporter misconduct involving pyrotechnics and thrown objects.
Supporters of Como, Genoa, Hellas Verona, Inter, Pisa, Roma and Sassuolo were all noted for introducing and using fireworks, smoke bombs and flares inside stadiums. However, no additional penalties were imposed on those clubs beyond warnings, with mitigating circumstances taken into account.

Lecce received the most significant punishment, fined €10,000 after its supporters threw multiple firecrackers, smoke devices and four bottles onto the pitch during their match. Napoli were also fined €5,000 after objects, including a can and plastic bottles, were thrown toward opposing supporters and onto the field.
A number of players have also been handed one-match suspensions following incidents during the round of fixtures.
Lecce’s Tiago Gabriel Coelho Oliveira, Udinese’s Jesper Karlström, and Fiorentina defender Marin Pongračić are among those banned after accumulating disciplinary thresholds or being penalised for unsporting conduct or dissent.
Several high-profile names were also included in the accumulation of yellow cards leading to cautions or warnings. Juventus midfielder Manuel Locatelli, Napoli’s Stanislav Lobotka, Roma’s Nicolò Pisilli, Sassuolo’s Kristian Thorstvedt, and Udinese defender Nicolò Zaniolo all featured among those sanctioned for repeated cautions.
Other players such as Atalanta’s Berat Djimsiti, Lazio’s Danilo Cataldi and Alvaro Morata of Como were also among those reaching disciplinary thresholds.

Sassuolo also saw its medical staff penalised, with Luca Nicola Traggiai suspended for one match after protesting a refereeing decision during the second half of their fixture.
The Sports Judge noted that all financial penalties will be charged to the clubs’ league accounts, with further reviews remaining possible pending additional match report assessments.
The rulings underscore ongoing concerns around crowd behaviour and disciplinary accumulation in Serie A, as the season enters its final stages.
